WhatsApp targets business users with a Premium subscription

WhatsApp is preparing to launch Premium subscription for professional users. As the platform is about to announce a monthly subscription. WhatsApp beta members can already go to the app settings on their smartphones and discover the new WhatsApp Premium menu. In the latter, they will have the possibility to create custom connection links such as https://wa.me/phonandroid, for example.

As a business, you may want your potential customers to remember your address, but you can still change this link once every three months. Once changed, the old link will be available again to other users. Similarly, WhatsApp Premium allows sharing an account with 10 devices. A feature that should facilitate effective coordination between employees who manage a single account for their company.

WhatsApp Premium is currently only available in the beta version of the app on Android and via TestFlight for iOS, and no details have emerged yet regarding the official launch date or subscription price.
